How to verify us before you pay
A business that asks for a bank transfer should be checkable. Three ways, in order of speed:
- Company registry. Search 92330782MA8GW3PLXB in China's National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (gsxt.gov.cn). The record shows the registered name, location and status.
- D-U-N-S. 585974555 can be looked up through Dun & Bradstreet (dnb.com), which is the number used in international trade and by some payment providers.
- The work itself. Ask for a physical sample on your own container before a full run, or a short video call to see the labels being checked. We offer both, and neither requires an order.
A copy of the business licence and the D-U-N-S record can be sent on request, before any payment is due.
What we actually do
The work is specification, pre-press and quality control, not running a press. We take your artwork and container, decide which material and adhesive will survive them, check the file for bleed, colour and cut paths, place the job with a printing partner in China, inspect the output against the approved proof, and arrange the shipment.
That is the honest division of labour: production capacity sits with the presses, and the judgement about what to print on what sits here. It is also why we can run 50 units when a converter with its own plant will not — we are not protecting a press schedule.
What we print
Product and packaging labels, bottle and jar labels, cosmetic and food labels, waterproof and clear film labels, roll labels for applicators, vinyl and die-cut stickers, logo stickers and sticker sheets. Every order starts at 50 units per design and is quoted per project, because a 30 mm circle and a 90 × 120 mm wrap do not share a unit price.
What we will not claim
- That we operate a factory. We do not, and saying so would be the first thing a buyer checks.
- A certification, test result or factory audit we cannot produce on request.
- A price before we know the size, material and quantity — those three decide it.
- A delivery date that ignores the approval step, which is where most schedules actually slip.
- Customer names or logos without written permission, which is why you will not see a wall of them here.
Quality control
Every job is checked against the approved proof before packing: registration, colour against the approved reference, die-cut alignment, and adhesion on a production sample. If something falls outside tolerance we tell you before it ships, not after the parcel arrives. Where a problem is ours, we reprint; where it comes from artwork approved as supplied, we will say so plainly and quote the fix.
Payment and invoicing
Quotations and invoices are issued in the name of Yiwu Dingwei Trading Company. Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice, or by an agreed platform method; we do not take card details over chat or email. The full banking details — account name, number and SWIFT — appear only on the invoice issued for a confirmed order, never on this website or in an unsolicited message.
If you receive payment instructions that differ from your invoice, stop and confirm with us at [email protected] before sending anything. Invoice fraud is common in this trade and a five-minute check prevents it.
