Shipping and delivery
Production and delivery are two separate clocks. Production is ours; transit is the carrier's. Both are stated in the quotation.

Transit
Small and medium runs ship by express courier (typically 3–7 working days to the US, UK or EU). Larger runs can go by air or sea freight, which is cheaper per kilogram and slower. The quotation states which option is being priced.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and VAT are set by the destination country and are not included unless the quotation says delivered duty paid. We state the shipping terms explicitly so there is no surprise at customs. If you have a tax number for the EU or UK, send it with the order.
Packaging
Labels ship on rolls or flat sheets, boxed and wrapped against moisture. Stickers ship flat or on rolls depending on the die and quantity. If you need retail-ready packaging or individual poly bags, say so before the quote — it changes both packing time and cost.
Tracking and issues
Every shipment gets a tracking number. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or short, tell us within seven days of delivery with photos of the carton and the contents; we will raise it with the carrier and replace defective stock.
