Labels and stickers for ecommerce and small business

Packaging seals, logo stickers and short-run product labels for Shopify, Etsy and independent retailers — from 50 units, without a print broker.

The first-run problem

An independent seller launching a product needs 100 labels, not 10,000. Most label converters quote in thousands because their setup is built for long runs; consumer sticker sites solve the minimum but cannot produce a proper product label.

That gap is where this category lives: real labels and stickers at 50 units, with the same materials a larger brand uses.

What small brands actually order

Order Typical use
50–100 logo stickers Packaging seals, thank-you cards
100–250 product labels First SKU, market test
250–500 sticker sheets Ecommerce inserts
500–1,000 roll labels Repeat seller with steady volume

The pattern is a first order to test the design, then a larger reorder once it sells. Because the artwork is already approved, reorders skip the proofing cycle and move faster.

Keeping the first order cheap

Three decisions dominate cost at low volume:

  1. Simple shapes. A circle or rounded rectangle avoids a custom die.
  2. Standard materials. White vinyl or coated paper costs less than speciality stocks.
  3. One design per order. Multiple designs are fine, but each adds setup.

A 50 mm circle on white vinyl is the cheapest way to see whether a design works before scaling.

Packaging stickers versus product labels

They are different products and should be specified separately. A packaging sticker goes on a mailer or a box and is handled once; a product label goes on the item and has to survive storage, shipping and use. Paper is often fine for the first; PP or vinyl is usually right for the second.

Artwork without a designer

Many small sellers have a logo and nothing else. That is workable: send the logo as a vector file if it exists, or the largest PNG you have. We will tell you what prints acceptably at your size — and what needs redrawing before it is worth printing.

Reorders

Keep the approved proof. A reorder with the same artwork and specification skips proofing and goes straight to production, which shortens the lead time by several days.

What to send for a quote

The product, size, quantity, material preference (or ask), destination and artwork. If you are launching several products at once, list them together — combined orders share setup where the material and size match. Minimum 50 units.

Quick answers

Can I order several sticker designs in one batch?

Yes, where they share a material and a size, because the setup is paid once. Mixing designs is the cheapest way to reach a useful quantity. Different materials, sizes or finishes are quoted as separate jobs.

How fast can I get stickers for a launch?

Production runs 7 to 12 working days after artwork approval, plus shipping. The binding constraint is usually proof approval rather than printing, so approving within a day is the single largest time saving available.
